Actor Bob Hoskins Announces Retirement

Yesterday, Actor Bob Hoskins announced that after over four decades on stage and screen, he would be retiring from acting. Hoskin's is best known to Disney fans as Detective Eddie Valiant in Who Framed Roger Rabbit, as Smee in Steven Speilbergs Peter Pan sequel HOOK, and most recently as Mr. Fezziwig in Disney's CGI version of A Christmas Carol. Hoskins was diagnosed with Parkninson's disease last winter.  

Last year Hoskins reprised  the role of Smee in Neverland which aired in the U.K. on SKY Network and here in the U.S. on Syfy. Hoskins was also featured in the recent Universal Pictures, live action adaptation of Snow White And The Huntsman.
